Paula Dowdy is a Senior Director in Cisco Sytems, heading up the Enterprise Segment, Europe where she leads the Business Development and Marketing team. In August 07 Paula took on a new challenge as the leader of the Enterprise Services Business; in this role she leads both the sales strategy and implementation of Cisco’s joined-up and solutions-led approach. She began her Cisco career in 1996 and has worked in sales, marketing and strategic planning in both the US and Europe.   Paula is a hugely successful change catalyst whose energy and commitment inspires others. Her leadership style motivates, unites and drives multinational teams around a comon purpose, consistently delivering exceptional and strategically vital results. She studied Economics and History at the University of California, Berkeley and she subsequently got her MBA at Pepperdine University. Paula joined the computer networking industry in 1990, working first at CompuServe Network Services in California, then at Sprint.   Paula has 3 children and lives in central London with her husband. She enjoys running, skiing and tennis.
