Paula Dowdy, Vice President, Cisco Services, European Markets joined the Services organisation in August 2007. Her relentless drive and collaborative style have resulted in the dramatic growth of the Enterprise and Public Services business. Under her leadership Cisco’s Solutions-led sales approach has produced outstanding results which have been widely recognised in the business and beyond.   Paula’s talent at building exceptional teams is the result of a style that motivates, unites and drives everyone to achieve a common purpose. She studied Economics and History at the University of California, Berkeley and she subsequently got her MBA at Pepperdine University. Paula joined the computer networking industry in 1990, working first at CompuServe Network Services in California, then at Sprint.   Paula has 3 children and lives in central London with her husband. She enjoys running, skiing and tennis.
